Anna Damone, Senior Project Manager

Anna M. Damone, Senior Project Manager, has fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate field, including construction management, appraisal, asset management and financial modeling. She holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Arizona.

Since joining The Damone Group, Ms. Damone's goals have been to assist in the establishment of the clients' objectives, procedures and performance standards, and to help develop and monitor quality, cost and schedule controls. In addition to retail construction, Ms. Damone has managed the completion of a half million square feet of interior tenant build out for both commercial and industrial clients. Her primary responsibilities include project budgeting, bid solicitation/award and contract negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers - as well as coordination with project engineers and architects.
