Richard Cossettini has 36 years of experience in the construction industry. He was born and raised in the City of Detroit and attended Wayne State University. Mr. Cossettini is responsible for all aspects of construction on his projects, including contract negotiations, scheduling and the management of staff. He also assists in the planning, budgeting and estimating for future projects.
Most of Mr. Cossettini’s construction experience has been in the multi-family construction industry. He has worked on several projects in the City of Detroit. He has also worked with area non-profit organizations in the establishment of multi-family housing projects.
