Robert Kolc has over 30 years of experience in low and mid-rise, MSHDA / HUD funded multi-family housing. Mr. Kolc, born and raised in Michigan, has worked his way through the ranks, from a Union Laborer in the 1970s to his current position at The Damone Group. During his career, he has supervised and managed over 18 construction sites from start to finish, resulting in the construction of more than 2500 affordable housing units in Michigan.
Mr. Kolc’s current responsibility is to assure that The Damone Group present their clients with a completely managed project that meets or exceeds construction standards in quality and workmanship and to deliver projects on time and within budget.
